Error message: 'Package 'knitr' version 1.19 cannot be unloaded:'

Hi all,

since a few days ago, I get the following error message in formr:

## Error in value[[3L]](cond): Package 'knitr' version 1.19 cannot be unloaded: ## Error in unloadNamespace(package) : namespace 'knitr' is imported by 'formr', 'rmarkdown' so cannot be unloaded

This occurs in test runs both in surveys at the top of blocks that include any R code (see attachment; the R code on that block is simply `r ifelse(B0_1==1, "subordinate", "supervisor")`) and at the top of emails that include R code. I do not (un)load knitr anywhere in the code, and this occurs even in the most minimal case (a single survey with only the above code). Could this be an issue with formr itself?

Dear Simon,

yes, this was an issue with formr itself. Sorry, it's related to a bug in opencpu that proves surprisingly hard to quash.

It should be fixed. Please confirm.

Unrelated: is there a chance you could install the fmsb package? (CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/fmsb/index.html). Unfortunately, ggplot isn't suitable for radar charts.
