Advice for displaying multiple MCs on the smartphone

Hello together,

I am quite a formr beginner. I would like to display a questionnaire with several MCs on the mobile phone. I tried the tabular look (mc_heading, hide_lable, etc.), but it doesn't display as nicely as I would have liked on the small mobile screen. Does anyone have experience with this and can possibly provide me with his/her code as an example? I would be very grateful!
