Dear all,

For a complex diary study, we would like to connect user data from different runs – is this possible?

Background:
After an initial survey, participants complete several surveys at random times during the day for several days. Additionally, they complete a survey in the evening of each day at a fixed time point (e.g., 18:00). Since the random times surveys and the fixed times survey can overlap, we cannot do it one run, but can use two separate runs for achieving this design (e.g., one run for the initial survey and the randomly timed survey, and a second run for the fixed time surveys).
However, we need to access user data (e.g., gender, numbers of days, etc.) from the initial survey in all runs – can this somehow be achieved directly, that is, without sending all relevant information to the second run using GET parameters?

Best regards,
Fabian

Hi Fabian,

yes, you can use the formr API

If it's not much you need, sending the info via GET is easier though IMO.

Best,
Ruben
