Question about the "Reminder Email" feature

Hi all,

I'm having some difficulty with formr's email reminder function. I have a couple pre-programmed reminder emails (to give participants who haven't begun or who have been inactive a while a friendly nudge).

The problem is that when I send an email out to a participant, they are advanced one position forward in the study run from where they currently sit. I'd like to be able to send participants a message without changing their position in the run. When I send the reminder email from the User Overview, I get the following message

Have I set the reminder up incorrectly? I'd appreciate any advice if someone has an idea of how I've gone wrong here.
