Survey - Images as responses?

Hello everyone, 

I was wondering whether it is possible to have a survey with multiple choice answers, which are images and not text. 

And if this is possible, how can I implement this?

Yes, you should be able to use either html or R code to insert the images in the choice columns. 

Near the bottom of this page on my talk on formr, I have some example surveys I use for demonstrations. This sheet is one showing one way to insert random images in the choice columns.
