（綜合報導）民進黨主席蘇貞昌14日到台北萬華龍山寺參拜，誓師為期1個月的「火大」群眾運動。他說，要讓政府看到人民生氣。為表達對馬政府執政無能的強烈抗議，民進黨發動的「人民火大」大遊行敲定於明年一月十三日舉行，他呼籲全台人民作伙走出來，一一三集結凱道，向總統府發出怒吼，「讓馬政府看見人民生氣了！」
民進黨發起一系列群眾運動，主題命名為「火大」，訴求為「要生活！要民主！要改革！」15日下午在龍山寺廣場舉辦首場群眾大會，蘇貞昌14日在黨籍立委姚文智、台北市黨部主任委員莊瑞雄，以及約10名黨籍市議員陪同下，到萬華龍山寺參拜誓師。
蘇貞昌表示，一九八六年的五一九，創黨主席江鵬堅與鄭南榕等民主先進，就聚集在龍山寺，要求解嚴、人民當家作主，國民黨政權動用逾千名憲警特務，將 所有人團團圍住，「那個下午，所有人全身被大雨淋濕；那個早上，則是烈日曝曬」，但他們堅持不退縮。兩週後，TIME雜誌大幅報導台灣人民的勇敢及堅持， 使民進黨得到催生的力量，促成建黨。

他表示，一路走來，台灣人民漸漸為台灣創造生機、打開活路，但○八年威權國民黨重返執政後，經濟衰敗，現在人民不只是沒頭路，連生活都過不下去，對於應改革的政策，馬政府龜縮、反覆，甚至自成亂源，讓人民無所適從。
蘇貞昌強調，台灣人民爭取民主與新聞自由，如今卻走得步步驚心，中國的力量介入媒體，讓台灣的民主與新聞環境受到嚴重破壞，漸漸又重回不自由、不民主、資訊不完整的年代。
站在龍山寺廟埕，蘇貞昌說，人民已一肚子怒火，民進黨做為台灣土生土長的政黨，做為廿六年前在此被觀世音菩薩保祐照顧的政黨，他呼籲全台人民「作伙行」，讓馬政府看到「人民生氣了」、「火大了」！
蘇貞昌談到五一九綠色行動時，在場圍觀的長者紛紛鼓掌叫好，讓民進黨頗受鼓舞，黨務主管並強調，火大群眾大會就是希望重拾黨外民主運動精神。
民進黨前主席蔡英文今天出席「余登發故居整建揭牌」時也說，目前的政府好像守不住台灣民主發展成果，很多調查顯示言論自由、新聞自由倒退，政府也擋不住財政和經濟危機，導致社會焦慮、對立。
她指出，台灣面臨二次大戰以來最嚴酷的考驗，建議召開國是會議，讓社會共同參與歷史時刻，尋求共同找出解決問題的方法，但是至今執政者不願意開會，
民進黨15日下午三點將在龍山寺前廣場舉辦首場火大群眾大會，蘇、游、謝等天王都將發表演說，記協等社運代表也將參與。第二場明16下午兩點在桃園 縣中壢光明公園舉辦，明晚七點則在台中市東峰公園，現場都將發送火大貼紙、頭綁布條與手搖旗，「TAIWAN is my country」護照貼紙則會限量發送。
對於蘇蔡的批判，國民黨發言人殷瑋出面反駁說，民進黨如果只是為反對而反對，不思提出具體的方案和建言，連最基本的朝野對話都不肯，這樣的政治操作，人民都會清楚檢驗。

The real right Taiwan Passport should be issued by [Taiwan Authority] under TRA of 1979 and SFPT of 1952. That is the real genuine Taiwan Passport.

To create the new real Taiwan Passport is the issue. Please disregard the existing passport of ROC in exile, it is not the issue, and it will be disappeared or faded away when Taiwan Passport becomes effect.

The new Taiwan will have a new re-education of Taiwanese, that real Freedom and Democracy can stop the invasion by PRC to Taiwan. It saves thousands Billion US$ of war expense and millions of human lives in the war against PRC that keeps challenging the East Asian countries of the territory issues, created the new China passport having pictures of other countries, keeping several Chinese official coast guard vessels staying on Japanese waters, and up grad to the larger vessel of 5,800 tons levels. 12-14-2012: Japanese NHK reports China airplane violated on Japan's territorial airspace.
