Dear Richard,

Page limit is 8 pages, but we don't need to write that much.
I see this mainly as a placeholder so the team can present
their real swarm (quite possible one of the largest in the world,
see http://www.swarmrobot.org/) at the time of the conference.

The format is differnt from the version Jeff sent, see attached.
