Yo,
The COMP line needs moving to P1.2 instead of P1.6. P1.6 can only act as an
output from the timer module.
P1.2 has the CC1OA feature that we need.

The pcb is now routed. DRC needs sorting - there are lots of little
clearance problems. Also want to add "Formica" text etc.

It's quite late! Hopefully I'll get up successfully, finish everything
off and get the thing submitted by 12. Mmm, optimistic. If anyone edits
the board, make sure you don't move any components. Particularly not
test pads (which are arranged on a 2.54 grid), IR stuff or mechanics.
The only things that need doing are minor track tweaks. Unless anyone
thinks of any circuit/footprint changes, of course!
