Shipping motors from canada

Ok motors finally arrived in canada, 17$CA of taxes already. Now for
shipping it back here what do we use?
Canadian post: 30 pounds we get the fast international delivery.
(30x30x10, 0.5kg)<= guessing

On another hand what do we do about declaring the goods to the UK customs?
we say they are samples?

Is there an option between fast and slow? If so, how slow is slow? And how
fast is fast?
