Formhub Customisation & Enhancement

Hi All,

         Firstly, i would like to commend your time and efforts to keep formhub alive and providing support time again.

I have been using formhub for over a year now.  As mentioned on one of the post  Formhub's successes almost drowned it. 

To avoid the long wait to get my data out of formhub i decided to go the amazon route although it is micro instance.

Now i want to push formhub further but i do not have the skills and programming competence to do so. I need PAID services from any developer to do following:

1. Customise the look and Feel of my formhub instance on amazon

2. Add reporting function ( Perform Document mail merge on records & Pictures based on predefined MS Word Doc Template)

3. Download report in Word or PDF document format

3. Send daily submission summary stats for all forms via email per user

4. ODK collect interface enhancement

5. Setup Enketo
