Sharing form to multiple users

I have uploaded a form in Formhub. Now I want to share my form with few other users. I have activated "Sharing by link" and added usernames. The problem is, they can only preview the forms.I want it to be available for download using ODK Collect android application.Can anyone help me with this please ?

Hi Santhi ,

Its not possible in Formhub.

But alternatively , you can create a one main account on which you upload  all your forms and  use that url in ODK collect. After that you just create other user account and share forms from main account to other user. This is only the way as i have also implemented this.

It is also possible for me to have an automatic synch data to an online excel spread sheet? I want the data to be share on the odk main account and and excel sheet automatically
