virtualbox and attachments

Dear Formhub experts,

I successfully installed the formhub virtual machine.

I only have a problem: It seems that the pictures uploaded during the submission of a report are regularly stored inside the formhub/$USER/attachments folder (also there are the different sizes of them) but when I try to look at them through the "Browse Form Data" or through the photos web page the images are not found.

In the first case I obtain in correspondence of the picture 1 I only see the generic icon of the browser when an image is not found , in the second case  the photo page says: 

Image not found: /attachment/small?media_file=ivan/attachments/1427474038692.jpg

Image not found: /attachment/large?media_file=ivan/attachments/1427474038692.jpg

Is there something wrong in my settings?
