Setting query parameters

There are a lot of different ways to set defaults for fields -- and I'm
thinking of adding yet another convenience method to set
'default_over_obj' on process.

Are you using a database object? Because if you aren't, the simplest way
of setting the defaults is probably to use an 'init_object'.
