HI, I have used this script for a while on several sheets and works well. However recently one of the spreadsheets stopped sending email alerts. I adjusted settings in the script (triggers) and looked at other settings, and kept testing the form, but never got it to work - send emails. I then recreated the entire form and installed the script fresh. I still cannot get it to work. I see the data being populated in the sheet, but the first column is showing empty. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks - Raj

How many spreadsheets you have FormEmailer set up?
I think Google Apps Script has a limit on how many time-driven triggers a user can have, you may be hitting this limitation.

Also, if you run "Process Manually", does it work?

HI, Yes I can process manually.
We have about 17 forms setup.

Do you suggest spreading the owner of the forms across several users?

Thanks

Hi,

When the form (and spreadsheat?) went to the new owner, did you remove your trigger, and did the new owner set up the trigger?

Might also needed to be done.

HI Roel, yes I did this. I just received the following:

Your script, FormEmailer, has recently failed to finish successfully. A summary of the failure(s) is shown below. To configure the triggers for this script, or change your setting for receiving future failure notifications, click here.

The script is used by the document Legal Celebrity Watch Out List.

I believe I have been having this same issue, have done allot of searching in the Inet and have found no solutions yet.  I have the script installed on six different Google Sheets, and none of them have ran since initial install; funny thing is, and others have said this to, is that all worked as expected upon initial install, but stopped sometime after, and manual works fine - the 'timeDriven' feature is not working.  While doing some digging, found the below Google Apps Script qouta dashboard, which indicates Triggers will only work for so many hours of a day based on what edition of Google account created them (consumer, Business...) and after that I guess they are disabled, and thus no emails sent.  Wonder if this only applies to time driven triggers and not event driven (i.e. OnEdit)?
