Error message on spreadsheet menu

Has anyone experienced this:

I have an additional menu option that's mysteriously appeared called 'FormEmailer ERROR'. Nothing happens when I click on the menu button.

It seems to have started since I was asked to confirm my Google account and accepted that FormEmailer could be 'dangerous' to us as a script. The same error menu item appears on any spreadsheet that I'm using FormEmailer as a script, but I'm pleased to report that the proper FormEmailer menu item works perfectly as ever.

We are experiencing the same issue
