Yet another 'Quota limit reached' issue.

Hello guys, hope you are doing well.

I am having an issue with the FormEmailer reaching quota limit. I have 5 spreadsheets and only one of those is being affected by this problem. I have modified the Quota warning, Quota limit and the remaining quota still shows 105. This means that I should be able to send to 105 recipients?.  Why is reaching the quota limit then? I have consulted with Google and I have not reached any sending limits.

Sometimes, when I remove the 'Quota limit reached' and let the script runs, it sends the email notification. Why? What I can do to prevent this to happen?

I am having the same issue.  I receive a message in column A that reads:  "Error sending email: Exception: Service invoked too many times for one day: email."

However, I have only sent 122 emails today.  I thought the limit was 500?  What do I have to do to keep this from happening?

Google has tightened the email quota:

So you'll have to set quota limit to something like 50 or less. And just send less emails now :(

I'm still having issues with this limit. After the first form submission today I was at a remaining quota of 100. After the next (2nd) form was submitted, I dropped down to 27. I have 13 email addresses on the list to send to. What am I missing?
