Multiple emails using up quota

About once a day, at different times of the day, formemailer sends anywhere from 100-300 duplicate emails from my spreadsheet all at one time.  This uses up my daily quota and causes my formemailer not to work for 24 hours.  Can anyone tell me how to avoid this happening?  I have tried adjusting the quota limits to keep from running out completely but would like to find the root of the problem so I don't have to monitor it all the time.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Tracie,

Google has tightened the email quota:

So you'll have to set quota limit to something like 50 or less.
