Each email is sending twice.

First let me thank you for this amazing add-on.  It has been a game changer in allowing us to track information with the company that I work for.

My question is now that I have updated to the Html version of Form Emailer whenever a form is submitted it emails each party twice.  Any idea what the cause of this could be?

And one follow up question, how can I force the email contents to have a break in between each line?  I have it setup on two different forms and one works correctly by using <b></br> in between each sentence but the other will not create any spaces.

I am a novice at google sheets so please bear with me.

I am having the same issue, I use formemailer with sever different forms and they all started send 2 emails a couple of weeks ago before I upgraded to version 4. I updated to V4 yesterday and I am still having the same issue.

Have you figured anything out yet?
