Hi,

I know there are already a few discussions about this but i didn't really find my answer yet...

We are a worldwide company that is switching over to google from outlook.

For some stuff we had forms in outlook, wich i made now in google forms.
Using the formemailer script i am able to send the form to the correct persons (is always the same person luckly), it's to start some paperwork.

But sometimes these persons have questions about the input we give in the form.

Like you can see in the picture above i insert 4 red arrows (2 arrows with numer 1, and 2 arrows with number 2).So the recipient gets too see who send in the form, by e-mail address and all (see the red arrows numbered 1)(form is only for internal use, so we get the e-mail adres always). But they also see that it is in name of me (who created the form and script). If they click on reply they e-mail to me instead of to the person who filled in the form.
Is there anything i can do about it?Sorry if i missed the answer somewhere else already.
With kind regards

Have you tried to set the "Reply To" field in your FormEmailer setting?

Also take a look at my answers on these other two discussions:

Hi,

This is reply to field is set as follow now and it works, thanks already.

the "#gebruikersnaam#" is always the email address from the person that fills in the form,
Now i only noticed the following: If you do reply (or reply to all), it works correctly, it reply's to the person on red arrow 1.
But you still see my name after that (see red arrow 2).

Is this possible to delete?

With kind regards

No, that is not possible. The explanation is on the links I sent in the last email.
