Why doesn't the Daily Remaining Quota reset each day?

Thanks,

Craig Lee

Also....Can the remaining quota be changed or shut off?  I have a corporate Gmail account that is not restricted to an amount of emails.

Hi Craig,

Google has tightened the email quota:

So you'll have to set quota limit to something like 50 or less.
But for paid corporate account the quota has not been changed. Check the dashboard to see the actual limits.

Hi there!
I have upgraded to a Google Business account to avoid the decreased email quota.  However, I am still only being allowed to send 100 emails a day.  Is there a way to update the formemailer to see that this is now a Business account?

Tracie

HI Tracie,

You just have to log on with your old account, remove the trigger you've set up. Then, log in with your new paid account, and set up the trigger using it.

It says that I have a remaining quota of 50, but when I try and send an email it says I have reached my limit and the emails have stopped sending.  Is there something I can do to fix/change this?  I recognize that google has changed the limits. Is this per form, or per google account?  I have 4 forms set up on this account.

The formemailer went a little nuts earlier and tried to send out about 20 emails to no one. Now, I can't even push a single email.

I love the FormEmailer when it works, but right now, not so much!

Hi Henrique,

Because of the quota changes, a small bug rose to the surface:

Line 259 says
    c.err.push(t.statusQuota+'. '+new Date());
I think this should be changed to
    c.err.push(T.statusQuota+'. '+new Date());
(This is for version 3.62.)

Before the change, I got the following error:
   ReferenceError: "t" is not defined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer")
After the change, I got a FormEmailer errors report saying that my quota limit was reached.

This quota is the single most problematic issue to everybody, I surely did a horrible job with my explanations and wording all around.

Please search this forum messages for "quota" and you'll find lots of explanations.

But basically you have to set a low limit, not a high one. Change your quota limit parameter to 20 or less.

Ok, I have not sent out one email today and it still says that I have reached my Quata.  What the heck is going on with this thing?

Ok, I tried this and it seems to work. I do get a warning every time I push an email. That I have reached my Quata Limit, but it still processes. I no longer trust this thing to send them out automatically.  But changing the limits does seem to work.

Henrique,

I appreciate all of the help you have offered to people trying to resolve this quota issue.  I love FormEmailer it was truly been a lifesaver. Once Google tightened the email quota I was happy to pay a fee for a new Google Apps for Business account. I recreated my form and downloaded the FormEmailer Script.  I was upset to see the "Remaining Quota" still set at zero even in my Google Apps for Business account.  I tried change quota limit parameter to 20 and I got that Quota reached error message.  Then I tried to set it to zero and I got this message

"Error sending email: Exception: Service invoked too many times for one day: email."

I called Google, they said my account can send more than 100 emails a day, so that message would not be because of the quota limitations they have imposed.  Henrique, I would be very grateful if you could help me figure out a solution to this problem.

Thank you so much,

Josh
