I created a few different forms, installed formemailer, changed the email settings, set up my current projects triggers:

  1. time driven - on spreadsheet - on form submit
  2. time driven - time driven - minutes timer - every minute
cell b2 says "yes" the for is running automatically, however, emails are not getting sent and column 1, form emailer status is not updating?

Do you know why?

I created a form yesterday and it worked right away.  Today its not working for any forms I create?

I just tested all my current forms and no automatic emails seem to be working?

No, I don't know why.

But you only need one trigger for your spreadsheet, not two. Only the "every minute" one. Please remove the other to avoid trouble.

Anyway, that should not prevent the emails from being processed. Please try to run the timedriven function manually (via the script editor) to see if anything shows up.

Also, what does show up on the FormEmailer status column (A)?

Regards,

Henrique Abreu

Hi Henrique

I really appreciate your help.

I tried what you suggested and removed one trigger and kep the "every minute" trigger only.

I ran the timedrivenb function manually via the sript editor and received an error message:

ReferenceError. "t" is not deined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer"')

Thank you for your help

Also, nothing shows up in column 1.  It's blank.

It seems the problem was with email quota.  I had reached the quota limit which suspended all emails.

Thank you kindly for your help.

Really? Hum... there's probably an error on the lines that should show you such message.

Anyway, I'm glad it's solved.

Hello guys, I am having the same error message described in this topic:
ReferenceError: "t" is not defined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer"). I only have one trigger running every minute.

I have also tried to run this manually and got the error 'Quota minimum limit reached'

Any ideas?

Line 259 of FormEmailer:         c.err.push(t.statusQuota+'. '+new Date());.

Hi everyone,

Google has tightened the email quota:

So you'll have to set quota limit to something like 50 or less.

My quota limit was set at 30 and it's still not working. I have a number of forms and they now keep switching to "no" in running automatically. I'm assuming this has to do with Google's recent changes?

Hello everyone.  I am having the exact same issues.  I also get the email that says line 259 has an error.  It worked fine a few days ago and then has just stopped.  I have 30 emails that should have gone out.

I have no idea how to make this push emails manually.  Can anyone help?

ReferenceError: "t" is not defined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer")

My line 259 reads as follows:    c.err.push(t.statusQuota+'. '+new Date());

I have not changed any of the code.  Any ideas???

Is the Quota limit a Daily limit or what?  I have mine set to 50; I have not reached my limit, but it is not sending my emails.

If it is the Quota, then how do you fix it once you have maxed out your emails?

Ok.  I just changed my Quota Warning: to 30 and my Quota limit: to 50 and the emails went through.

I would still like to understand how to push the emails manually if someone gets a chance.

Thanks,

Ally

Hi Ally and all,

Though you have probably figured this out by now, you can push out emails manually under the "FormEmailer" tab and choose "Process Manually". You then enter the row number you want to send an email to and click "OK". Your first column in that row should then read 'email sent' or something similar.

And thanks to all of your with the "ReferenceError: "t" is not defined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer")"-- I changed my quota to 50 (and warning to 25) and it now works

Chris

I still have the same problem with the error message " ReferenceError. "t" is not deined. (line 259, file "FormEmailer"') "
And I tried to follow the same steps by above suggestion, change the quota to 50 and warning to 25(or30).
But it still not work for me :(
