Can you select formemails to be sent to just a few specific rows only?

I love love the script!  I use it in class with my students where they fill out a form indicating if they have any questions about video podcast they watch.  I then enter answers to their questions in the next column (Column F), however, not every student says they are confused and ask questions.  On any given night, there may be 10-20 questions posted for me to respond to out of all 75 students.  So my questions is:  

Is there a way to have the form emailer send to only certain rows, for example send to only rows [3,5,8,11,21,25] and not have the other rows sent emails? 

Or

Is is possible to set it up to that is would only send to rows that have my response entry entered in Column F?

Basically, I want it to easily send to several, but not all rows and do so without having to do each one manually, one row at a time.

Sorry, no answer here, but that is exactly my question, too.  Comma separated numbers like 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9?  4-9?  [4-9]?
