Reflecting form updates in email

Hi there,

I installed FormEmailer and it's been working great, but since it was installed, I've added more items to my form. How can I get FormEmailer to re-check my form and add the new fields to the email that goes out?

For example, I didn't have a "Title" field when I first installed FormEmailer, so it wasn't in the email text. However, I've since added that field, but it doesn't appear in the email confirmation of form submission, because FormEmailer doesn't know about the new field. Make sense?
