Is there a way to reset the Quota Limit on FormEmailer?

Yesterday I was testing and the form started to send a lot of emails (because I had a Data validation in one of the cells so it recognized those cells as not empty) Then it started showing the 'Quota Limit Reached' message and even though I have increased the limit to 2000 it still shows the message.

In my Google account I still have quota available and in the FormEmailer settings it shows 19 available.
