email send trigger to ids secify in google sheet

Hi Guys,

I am using the attached Formemailer script to send emails manually but its sends emails to my account with all the responses saved in my google sheet. I need the responses to send the email ids which i got it from googleform responses.  Can you guys please help me to change the codes.
