How can I be assured in the security of my Google Drive using this add-on script?

The Google permissions requires management of files in Google Drive. For those who need security of information, how do I know the extent of the permissions for this script?

This is script is not an Add-on. It's a regular Apps Script that you can copy into your spreadsheets to have emails sent automatically.

I think there's no better way to confirm it isn't doing anything nasty rather than looking at the code.

It's a very simple script and it's interface with the Spreadsheet sheet service is limited to a couple of functions.

But if you're not capable or willing to do that, then do not use it.
