Error sending Email

I have been able to get the formemailer to work -- but once I start making my form more complex (with more questions and types of questions) then it stops e-mailing the results to the designated person. (I get the message:  Error sending email: Exception: Invalid email.. (the e-mail title)).

Is this because I have moved some columns around on the spreadsheet?  Do I need to keep it all there exactly as it looks at the beginning?
