FormEmailer to send generated QR Code image

Hi Guys

Not sure if this is at all possible !

If anyone has managed this or knows how ?

I could do with your help or advise please.

I have a spreadsheet that I have managed to have an auto create a QR Code image.

Then FormEmailer does it's job but I can only seem to send an URL to QR Code image although I can see the image on my spreadsheet.

So anyone with help I will be thankful for help.
