This is a question from 'Kevin' I read on a separate site but it describes the exact same issue I have....

I have a Google form, with FormEmailer installed. On the script I inserted the following trigger: timeDriven -> From Spreadsheet -> On Form Submit.

Twice now it stops working. By that I mean, the trigger worked perfectly when added. A couple days went by and I discovered the email was no longer being sent. I deleted the trigger, added it again and the trigger worked. Now, a few days later from the second trigger install, the emails stopped coming again. I added the trigger again and now it works.

What do I need to do to keep it working?

I am also having this issue.  It ran perfectly on 5 lead capture forms and with the same trigger set up.  Now, under "FormEmailer" it says Running Automatically: No.  Please help!

I have even tried  - time driven - time driven - minutes timer - every minute - and it still quits working after a few hours...certainly by the next day. The trigger 'greys out' and I have to re-add a new trigger. About to give up...any suggestions?

I too tried "time driven - time driven - minutes timer - every minute", as suggested by FormEmailer,  and it was working great and then it just stopped.  Ugh.  It would be really great to have a solution here.

One last attempt, I'm clicking File --> Save in the Script Editor as this blog post recommend. Fingers crossed. http://blog.chadkafka.com/2012/02/using-google-forms-formemailer-script.html

I'll try that too with fingers crossed! We'll see if it "sticks". Question...are you adding the trigger in Current Project's Triggers or All Triggers?...does it even matter?

I have it added in "all triggers" but I have no idea the difference and if it matters.

Well, it didn't 'stick' this morning after going to FILE>SAVE yesterday. All new triggers from yesterday (on multiple forms) are grayed out again. Frustrating!

i'm monitoring it on 4 forms.  it stuck on 3 of them (so far).  On the 4th, I may have forgotten to File -- Save the script.  So, it's hard to tell. I wish the owner of the script would respond here!! Good luck Eddie :)

Emily-
Are your triggers still working today? Just curious...mine are not :(
They all grey-out under All Your Triggers and completely disappear under Current Project's Triggers. If your's are still working, at least there's hope!

Hi Eddie.. They are all working so far today.  My plan is to just keep checking every day. Are your triggers all set up under the same account?

I'm also having this issue and it's driving me crazy! I added an additional trigger to send the email when the form is opened, and that also stops working very quickly.

I thought originally that the problems were occurring because I modified my form after installing the script, but I got it working last night and it's broken again this morning with no further modifications.
