This is a question from 'Kevin' I read on a separate site but it describes the exact same issue I have....
I have a Google form, with FormEmailer installed. On the script I inserted the following trigger: timeDriven -> From Spreadsheet -> On Form Submit.
Twice now it stops working. By that I mean, the trigger worked perfectly when added. A couple days went by and I discovered the email was no longer being sent. I deleted the trigger, added it again and the trigger worked. Now, a few days later from the second trigger install, the emails stopped coming again. I added the trigger again and now it works.
What do I need to do to keep it working?

I have it added in "all triggers" but I have no idea the difference and if it matters.

I'll try that too with fingers crossed! We'll see if it "sticks". Question...are you adding the trigger in Current Project's Triggers or All Triggers?...does it even matter?--

The trigger 'greys out' and I have to re-add a new trigger. About to give up...any suggestions?

i'm monitoring it on 4 forms. it stuck on 3 of them (so far). On the 4th, I may have forgotten to File -- Save the script. So, it's hard to tell. I wish the owner of the script would respond here!! Good luck Eddie :)
