Hi, I recently started using FormEmailer and I must say it is extremely powerful and well thought out. Kudos to the genius developer Henrique Abreu. You deserve a cookie ;)
I've been able to set it up to send form results to specific emails (already listed in the spreadsheet) based on certain multiple-choice answers. So the user doesn't have to type the emails themselves. But the problem is with the only field where the user has to type in their own email address. It all works perfectly if the user types in their email correctly... Until a certain user mistypes their email address. The other back-end emails receive notifications and results as usual except the mistyped email address - which is fine.
But is there a way to validate or verify the user's email from the form?

You could try to write a spreadsheet formula like RegexMatch to check if the field looks like an email, but, officially, there's no silver-bullet way to check if an email-address is valid else from trying to send an email to it. Here's some links with discussions:

Thanks for the cookie ;-)
