I hope this conversation is still active.

I have been using the formEmailer for years now without a problem.  When I installed it this time 2 things different happended.

First, the FormEmailer settings pop-up is blank when I click on it.

Second, it appears to be sending out emails to those who request one but I am also getting a email for each time a user gets one.   Can this be disabled?

I suppose the settings screen would need to work before you could try to figure out the duplicate email situation. It sounds like a CC address is configured?

I just did a test install on a newly created spreadsheet and the settings screen works for me. I'm sorry that's not very helpful but you might consider trying the same test, to narrow down whether the issue is something with your setup or with the script. Also maybe try different browsers, I seem to have issues randomly that go away when I switch browsers.

You may be using the version that is no longer supported by Google, there is a new version modified by someone else in Github which is what I use now, make sure you read all instructions carefully: https://github.com/clyall/FormEmailer
