Is there a date trigger that I can use?

I would like make a new column that I can put the date that I want the email sent. 

For example, I have several reminder emails that I need to send, but I want them to be sent automatically the morning of their appointment. Is there a way that I can implement this?

Hi did you figure this out, I am in similar situation, I want to be able to send an email on a specific date depending on the dates listed in the form response - i.e. I want to delay the email until the date given in the response.
