SelectFieldRenderer with two character option

I ran across a minor bug in the SelectFieldRenderer class of fields module.
In the render method, there is a test len(L[0]) == 2. I think this is testing for a two element tuple but it also erroneously tests True for a string of length 2.
This was my case and although I got round the problem by avoiding selects which include two character choices, it may be worth changing the test to avoid this problem.
