Subject error

I have noticed that some confirmation emails sent with Postman are showing an error in the subject field.

I set up the subject of the email with the following command "Cópia manifestação - ${"Form name"}", but sometimes they appear with "Cópia manifestação". It appears that this occurs only when, after filling out a form, someone sets up more than one email address to receive a copy.

Can you help me with this?
