No send mail to the respondent

The problem appears to have started somewhere around 1:00 AM EST on February 7th. We are also still having the issue where the form submitter does not receive a confirmation email.

Hi ,

I have the same problem but i think i found the mistake. When i choose a specific "Respondent's email field " where i want them to add the email address then it dos not work (no confirmation is sent), BUT if i use the gmail form "collect email address" option then it work just fine. The problem with this "collect email addresses" option it that if you activate this then the email address question is on top of the form as you can not change or sort it to a different location/ position.

i realised u meant that option with the new google form, i am using the old google form as i embed my form on a webpage and only the old google form allows to insert the form to look native to the site. does form postman not support the old google form anymore?
