Daily Market Report for Tuesday (March 19, 2013)
On Japanese candlestick patterns the index has formed a small white body candle as the markets had opened lower. The index has crossed below the 25 day’s moving average. The index is now below the 5 and 25 day’s moving averages and both the averages are declining. Both these indicate a negative bias.
However, the index is above the 15 and 200 day’s moving averages, while the 200 day’s moving average is rising. This is positive. The velocity parameters continue to remain neutrally trended. Investors are advised to hold long positions but with a strict stop loss at the 15-day average at the 5827 point’s level.
