Please Guide in the follwoing cases.

1. One exporter is avaling Running Packing Credit facility from a A
bank, he submit the bills which order were submitted for the time of
release of pc also, the exporter now wants to send the document on
collection basis as rate is presently not attractive.

whether the same can be sent on collection or can only be purchse.

2. In the same case if the PC is not given agaisnt this order by A
Bank,- than what will be the stand

3. In the same case if the exporter is dealing in consortium and also
enjoying RPC facilities from others, what stand will be, by A Bank if
condition is 2+3

1. one export bill is due on 01.01.06 and delinked on 30.01.06 and the
GR has not realised till 31.05.09,
Now if exporter comes with ETX form with request to extend the due
date of the bill for further six months.
- what will be stand

ONCE THE BILL IS CRYSTALLISED AFTER THE DUE DATE, THE QUESTION OF EXTENSION DOESN'T ARISE.

sir the extention is requested from RBI for the realisation of GR, whether this feasible
