hi,
Sorry i was not in contact for so many days.
aaplog kaise ho? forex ki training ke itne dino bad forex hi bhul gaya.
recently i have been transfered from one rural branch to another extreme rural branch.
branch name is bhimpur near lalgarh an MCC affected area.
forex ki intensive training ke bad ek aur rural posting.
i could'nt understand the HRD policy of PNB.
 
one good news that i have been finally selected in nabard as asst. mgr.
posting is at patna. most probably i will join nabard.
please suggest me to take appropriate decision.

My personal opinion is  even if it is in NABARD you have to deal with Rural
development only and the exposure will be only in agriculture and rural development,
credit plans, refinance etc.  But the posting are at minimum district Head quarters.
Commercial bank exposure is always better than that of development bank(with due
regards to NABARD).  Don't get  panic with your current posting.  You will not be there
permanently.  
Take a call after weighing other personal aspects like family etc.
But I always suggest for career in Commercial Bank

u can but there would be then limited oppurtunity but evertime good posting
think and ponder
though it difficult
i also tried and then decided to be at PNB as suggested by Venugopal sir leaving IDBI
