The management of such schemes is easier. No decision is needed on
what stocks must be held, for how long, and how much must be invested
in each. The fund manager just needs to keep the trading to the tiny
level needed to accurately track the index



sir u must hv read this article if no research how indexing is used to
manage? index fund never hit the Index

what the logic?
i coud not understand please explain!
