Dear CMS Client,
CMS Forex would like to notify you of a change in your account terms.
We have noticed that a number of clients continue to utilize our
charting and analytical software despite a lack of activity in their
trading accounts. We are glad to see clients' continued interest in
our products. However, these inactive accounts place additional
burdens on our systems by taking up valuable resources. Thus, in order
to be able to provide the highest quality of service to all of our
clients, CMS Forex has instituted an account inactivity fee. CMS Forex
will assess a monthly $30 USD fee on all client accounts with an
equity balance of under $1000 USD that have been inactive for a
continuous period of 6 months or more. Please don't hesitate to
contact our 24-hour Customer Support desk should you have any
questions about your account.
