A couple of weeks ago we all received a surprise email about a new fee from RealManage associated with each ACH payment.
This had the board and several residents upset.
We pushed back on RealManage about this policy, and they apparently listened to our arguments.
From RealManage: "The ACH fee has been removed for your community, so any residents who would like to pay via ACH will not be charged any fees to do so."
