Dear Forest Creek Residents,
We hope you’re enjoying the season here at Forest Creek. Recently, we’ve had a number of homeowners around the golf course reach out with concerns. In several cases, people have been seen walking on the golf course behind homes. Some residents are worried these individuals may be scouting houses with the intent to break in.
We’ve also noticed an increase in vandalism on the golf course, including:
This is a serious concern not only for the golf course, but for all homeowners and the safety of our community.
To keep our neighborhood safe, well-maintained, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
Please do not walk on the golf course unless you are playing golf.
Dogs are not permitted on the golf course — even on leash. Pet waste and water cooler use for pets create sanitation and operational issues.
Fishing is not allowed in golf course ponds. Fishing lines have caused costly damage to fountain motors and litter has been left near the water.
Children and recreational activities (playing in sand traps, riding bikes/scooters/ATVs, playing in sprinklers) can damage greens and create unsafe situations.
Please avoid yard drainage that causes erosion onto golf course property.
All of our staff will be diligent in enforcing these rules to protect the course and ensure it remains in top condition for golfers and safe for all members of our community.
We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping Forest Creek a beautiful and secure place to live and play.
