Election, Annual Board Meeting and ARC volunteers

The Annual Meeting of homeowners is coming up next Tuesday. You should have received notification via US Mail or Email notification of the meeting.

Voting On-line is open (ends Jan 22, 2024 11:59pm CT)

You should also have received an email (if your email address is on file with your HOA account at RealManage) with an "Invitation to Vote" on-line.

This is one way for you to participate in the annual meeting.  With this link you can vote, assign your proxy, or just submit your address for quorum at the meeting. 
You, of course, will also have the opportunity to vote in person at the meeting.

ARC Openings
We have two openings / opportunities to volunteer on the Architectural Review Committee.
If you are interested:

There are no strict qualifications for the position, but a background in real-estate, construction, design, or engineering, are always helpful.  The only requirement is that you are willing to review applications and respond with opinions based on the ARC standards using the RealManage web portal.

There are no meetings to attend.  You work on your own schedule.  Approximate time requirements are about an hour a week.
