Bill and all,

One proposal for the Public Forums is to have an AGS opposition presentation, and not have presentations by DCR, AGS or TSC members. I think it is assumed that, for lack of a better identifier, the "80-20 group" would like to present its issues. However, again for lack of a better identifier, the "forestry group" also did not get what it wanted and should also be allowed to present. Or, the presenter should be someone in neither camp that presents both groups basic positions. The "neither camp presenter" has the advantage of allowing "third party" concerns, such as mine about timber sale revenue to communities and money for maintenance, to be incorporated into the presentation.

Ted

I wouldn't mind a neutral person presenting the alternative views so
long as what they present is accurate and inclusive - how would that be
ensured?

And I agree that your concerns regarding local community costs and
revenue sharing issues should be included in the list of issues raised
by some stakeholders but not addressed in the report (although I don't
agree that timber income is the only or best way to address those
concerns).
