Dear AGS members,

 

The comment period on the Forest Futures Vision Draft closed on Tuesday and the response was extraordinary.  I have been very impressed with the thoughtful and extensive input that we’ve received, which provides another indication of how passionately people care about Massachusetts’ forests.  The TSC is now beginning to digest all we have heard in the forums and through other public comment opportunities.

 

Your participation throughout this process has been invaluable in pushing the thinking of the TSC; you have asked hard questions, provided helpful input, and stimulated good dialogue. I greatly appreciate the fact that you have devoted many hours of your personal and professional time to this important task, and the TSC will consider this closely as it turns to crafting the final set of recommendations. 

 

Thank you for your service to the forests and people of Massachusetts.
