update to 1.0-SNAPSHOT, moving to release?

Hi All,

A couple of things:

1. I pushed in a small change to foresite-java that corrects a problem with the dcterms:modified property, the value of which was an improperly formatted time stamp, and was typed as a xsd:date rather than dateTime. The Sonatype snapshot repository will need to be updated (e.g. "mvn clean deploy") by someone with access to the maven repo.

2. Are there any outstanding issues that need to be addressed before creating a 1.0 release tag for the foresite-java package?
