libappindicator makes applications not working as they should.
If libappindicator is built with Transmission (libappindicator:devel), then rightclick on tray icon gets same menu as leftclick. So you can't open transmission from clicking tray icon anymore. And hoover the transmission icon won't show you current speed of downloads/uploads.
If libappindicator:devel is removed from building transmission, all works fine. (as we have now in fl:2-devel)
Almost same with hotot, if libappindicator is installed in your system, you will get a broken tray icon and leftclick will be same as rightclick. so you cant open the application by only clicking on the tray icon. If you uninstall libappindicator, then the tray icon will show and work as it should. Like open hotot when leftclick on hotot.
Also Og Maciel confirmed the issue with hotot, also started to work fine when libappindicator was uninstalled.
Might be issues in hotot and transmission though, or something in libappindicaor. Not sure yet where the issue is.

Same issue with gsharkdown as hotot. broken tray icon and double click on broken icon won't bring the application to the screen.
If libappindicator is uninstalled, then a normal tray will appear and double click on the icon will show the application.
So far, these are the issues with libappindicator:
gsharkdown (not in groups, as i thought it was something wrong with the application)

transmission
