With much respect to my friend John, how many employees do you have? Kabue, how big is your company? Nandaa, how old is your business venture? Being a super power like South Korea, Singapore might take a while. We need to create companies that take the world by a storm, the like of Fb, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, etc. Creating such a company isn't easy. Doxa has been around for 5 years and its quite hard to grow to 3 employees - permanent. I can only manage contractual staff. Now, I imagine Fb, with over 10K employees, boss. It is some genius. Its not common to everyone.  

Depending on Kenyans to posses that kind of genius , so that we be like Singapore is a pipe dream. If you can beat them, JOIN them. Anyway, the first thing is : Survival, there is no way, I should struggle feeding my family, in the name of building a super company, as big as Google. Let us work for multinationals, learn from them, copy them , just like Chinese deed, and overtake them, lets stop manufacturing a new wheel, copy paste, IMPROVE, like Chinese.
