Our client’s engagements focus on complex domestic and international
litigations and investigations in areas as diverse as Market Timing,
SEC Inquiries, M&A Litigation, Corporate Fraud, Class Action Lawsuits,
and Foreign Corrupt Practices…just to name a few.
You will help litigators and investigators understand this electronic
data and put it into context.

Extensive travel within and outside North America is often required;
incoming professionals should expect 25-50% travel.



As a Manager you will:

Take a lead role in delivering advisory services to high growth
organizations with a diverse team
Create long term relationships at a senior client level
Execute a client service plan on complex engagements working closely
with the Partners
Identify and lead business development opportunities
Achieve expertise in a specialization
Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential
Create a learning environment through leadership


Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
in Computer Science, MIS, or other related technical education
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Management and/or
Computer Forensics
Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
Hands-on experience with Forensic Tool Kit (FTK) and EnCase
Successful candidates will have a strong competency in a variety of
software/hardware disciplines
Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development,
client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation,
managing client expectations, project profitability and team
leadership
Demonstrated evidence of strong leadership in creating a learning
environment
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
Superior verbal and written communication skills

A re-location package is available for the successful candidate.
