I cam back from Helsinki on Saturday. I had a great time. Helsinki at sub zero is ultra cool! ;-) Imagine for a chap from Delhi, for whom winter is 5'C... how crazy it must have been to see snow for the first time in life! Of course nothing like what some of you are used to.
I went to the ministry, where we spent so many days learning about Finland, to meet Katri. She looked nice and cheered up. Katri is learning Estonian! Attached is a pix with her.
Mikko was my host... I was attending a design seminar, sponsored by Finfact. Mikko is a dad now. He was extremely kind and helpful with all my assignments.
I also had a great interview with Nobel Laureate Martti Ahtisaari. Attached is a pix with him.
I missed you all. It was an amazing feeling walking down to the Harbour area... very nostalgic!
